The Picasso Shake Down features a Gamakatsu cross eye hook as well as a nickel titanium spring that bends with the slightest touch.  The spring also helps to assure good hook penetration while retaining its shape.  The titanium springs also holds soft plastics securely and resists breakage.  The super tough duraseal coating resists chipping and increases sensitivity.
